Since the first steps in establishing Ghadaq organization, we have taken into account the policies based on international organizations and labor laws, as well as the nature and customs of Yemeni society, and we came up with a set of policies for the organization.

Prevention of Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (PSEA)
This policy is legal and ethical framework aimed at protecting individuals and ensuring a safe and healthy work environment free of discrimination and abuse and aims to prevent any forms of exploitation and harassment, whether based on gender, race, religion, nationality, age, disability or any other personal characteristics. The policy promotes awareness and education about unacceptable and prohibited behavior, and explains the negative effects of harassment and exploitation on individuals and the organization. The policy of preventing exploitation and harassment is considered essential and contributes to creating a healthy and fair work environment for all individuals.
